Demo request privacy

The demo request form collects your name, organisation, email, optional phone number, site type, approximate number of guards and any message you choose to provide.

How these details are used

These details are saved to provide automatic demo access, notify the platform owner and prepare private enquiry reports. Enquiry and decision history is retained for later reporting; expired access credentials are removed. Please do not submit real guard details, access codes or sensitive information about a site.

Demo access

Approved access uses a one-time code and an essential session cookie. The cookie lasts up to 24 hours. The demonstration contains only fictional data and has no connection to operational customer records.

Storage and removal

Demo requests are stored separately from the working patrol system. Contact support@guardcheckpoint.com to request access, correction or removal of your enquiry details.

This public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
