Is my first Lite site really free indefinitely?

Yes. Your first Lite site is free indefinitely, with no credit card required. It remains free after your single 30-day trial ends, as long as it stays on Lite. Paid plans and additional sites require card details through Stripe.

Can I register a live site now?

Yes. Select Get started to register, verify your email and set up your first site. No card is needed for your first Lite site. Stripe collects a card for paid plans and additional sites. You can also request access to Demo Building with sample data only and no payment required. Existing customers can use Login.

Is the subscription per company or per site?

The subscription is per active site. Each site has its own guard limits, checkpoint limits and report recipient limits.

Does each new site receive a new free trial?

No. Each client gets one 30-day trial from first use of any package, including free Lite. Paid options selected within the trial start charging when that original trial ends. If it has expired, charges start when the paid option becomes active. Neither new sites nor upgrades restart the trial.

What is a site?

A site is one managed location, such as a building, marina, commercial property or private facility.

Do guards need special equipment?

Guards use the phone app to scan NFC checkpoint tags. Customers source and install their own tags; Guard Checkpoint supplies the software.

Can one company manage more than one site?

Yes. Your first Lite site is free indefinitely. Each additional site is billed separately and requires card details through Stripe. Adding a site does not restart your single 30-day trial.

Can the plan be changed later?

Yes. Use Plan & Billing to select a paid upgrade. Card details are required through Stripe and your original trial end date is preserved. Upgrading does not start a new trial. Contact support for larger requirements.

Is this intended for large corporate security operations?

Guard Checkpoint is designed mainly for smaller security companies and managed sites that need simple patrol reporting without complicated enterprise software.
